What are immigration customs regulations?

These regulations also specify whether individuals require visa approval before entering or leaving the country. For example, you do not need visas to travel from China to Russia, but you will have to apply for a Russian tourist visa at a Russian embassy in your home town.
Not only does this process take a while, it’ll cost you some money too! It's best to start planning early by laying out all of your expenses ahead of time so you don’t spend extra money on transport, food, etc. when you're already spent.
Even if you have no plans of traveling to Canada, you should know what kind of visas people living in Canada hold. It can influence whether or not you need permission to enter the country. People with Canadian working permits do not require a visa unless they plan to work while in the country. Canadians who are visiting for tourism or to attend an event may be granted entry without a visa but must prove they will leave within six months.
People from some countries such as India, Nigeria, and Pakistan usually don’t require a visa to visit Canada, but there is one small catch — they must have proof that they will return home after their trip. This means having tickets back to where they're staying, or at least knowing where they'll be going next!
For other nationalities though, like those mentioned above along with Ecuador, Chile, and many others, it's better to be prepared by bringing your passport, visa, and flight information with you before coming into Canada.

Many people make this mistake by thinking that it’s only important to prove you have enough money to stay in Canada, when actually it’s just as important to show that you do NOT want to return home!
